What is the maximum print size for the reflective DTF method?
The standard maximum width of a single reflective transfer is 56 cm. We can produce both large designs for the backs of jackets and vests, as well as small logos on the chest or reflective stripes on the sleeves.
In what format should the files for printing be submitted?
We accept vector files (.pdf, .cdr, .ai, .eps) and high-resolution raster files (.png, .tiff) with a transparent background and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Please remember to convert all fonts in vector files to paths.
Is the reflective thermal transfer certified for reflectivity?
Because the print is applied to a special, uniform reflective backing, the entire graphic gains light-reflecting properties. This creates an incredible, cohesive visual effect in which every color in the print reacts to light after dark.
What factors determine the price of reflective DTF printing?
The price depends on the total print area (cm²) and the order size (print run). As with traditional DTF, the number of colors and the complexity of the graphics do not affect the cost. Due to the use of a specialized film with microspheres, this method is slightly more expensive than standard DTF, but it offers unmatched value in terms of health and safety and design.
Will I receive a graphic design for approval before printing?
Yes. Before starting production, we prepare a digital visualization showing the placement and size of the print on the selected garment. We do not begin processing your order until we receive your official approval.
How should you wash clothing with DTF reflective prints?
To preserve the reflective properties of the microspheres for as long as possible, wash the clothing inside out at a temperature of up to 40°C using mild detergents. Avoid using strong stain removers, bleach, and tumble drying. Iron the clothing only on the inside out.
