Direct Screen Printing

Direct screen printing

Printing method

Direct screen printing

Direct screen printing is one of the most highly regarded and durable methods of decorating garments and textiles worldwide. During the process, specialist inks are pressed through a fine mesh screen directly onto the fabric. Once cured, the print bonds firmly with the material, providing excellent resistance to heavy use, repeated washing and abrasion.

This highly versatile technique works equally well on cotton and polyester fabrics. We use direct screen printing to customise T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hi-vis vests, trousers, promotional bags, drawstring bags, caps and pre-cut garment panels.

Why choose us

Advantages

Direct Screen Printing

Exceptional durability

The ink bonds firmly with the fabric, helping the print resist cracking, flaking and wear. It retains its appearance and performance even after repeated washing, including at higher temperatures.

Accurate Pantone colour matching

We ensure precise colour reproduction in line with your brand identity. Prints can be matched accurately using the international Pantone Formula Guide.

Highly cost-effective for larger runs

Direct screen printing offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio for medium and large production runs. The higher the quantity, the lower the unit cost of each print.

Striking 3D PUFF effects

Looking for a logo that truly stands out? We offer specialist PUFF inks that expand during curing to create a distinctive raised, three-dimensional finish.

Smooth tonal transitions

Our modern production equipment allows us to achieve smooth tonal transitions and subtle colour gradients, creating highly effective and visually impressive results.

Deep colour saturation

We use high-quality inks that deliver rich, vivid and highly expressive colours that catch the eye from a distance.
