FILM PRINTING

What is flex film printing?

Flex is a professional film for printing on various types of textiles - e.g. clothing, bags, etc. This method involves selecting a film of the different colours (non-printable flex) or printing a given logo in a full colour (printable flex) on a white base, then cutting out the appropriate shape, which is then placed on a textile base and printed on the material using press pressure and high temperature.

OUR RECENT FLEX PROJECTS

The advantages of this method are undoubtedly low preparation costs, which makes it possible, for example, to print a larger piece of clothes - but each piece with a different element (e.g. the name of a participant or the number, etc.), and in the case of printable flex, these are additionally printed in full colour, shaped as the client wishes.

Advantages

OF FLEX PRINTING

PRINTS STARTS FROM 1 PIECE

Flex foil is the most often used while printing designs on smaller quantities and can be used from as little as 1 piece.

UNIQUE PRINTS

Printable flex is great for printing each order's item with a different design.

SUSTAINABILITY

The biggest advantage of cut-out flex film is its colour, which, unlike other techniques, is resistant to sunlight or detergents.

SPECIAL COLOURS

Large selection of flexes in special colours, e.g. coloured glitter (glitter blue, green, red and others) is perfect for children's clothes.

ELASTICITY

The stretchable flexes can be applied to the materials such as rubber belts

FLUORESCENCE

Using this method, we can use fluorescent films for printing - for example, yellow or pink.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, for polyester, cotton, etc.

It depends on the size of the print and the type of the flex film used. The price for a cut-out flex print (e.g. one-colour letters) will be lower than for a printable flex (where the flex print is done first and then cut out with a shaper).
